Bob helped me with an initial issue regarding low back pain which was debilitating and made daily life difficult to manage. Those who have had crippling pain know what I mean. Bob's assessment and personal exercise instruction gave me that ability to do the work necessary to get back to my old healthy self. Happiness!

Months and months later, I had a different issue that affected both shoulders making them very painful and weak. Bob, again, recognized and resolved the problem

His "at home sessions" consisted of gentle manipulations/mobilizations as well as an exercise regime that successfully healed me once again. Not once did he hurt me, as pain-free therapy is what he provides along with some good humor. Take his suggestions. Do the work and let him help you. Life can be so much better and is for me.
