Deep Creek Physical Therapy is expanding and looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist, and Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our mobile therapy team. We provide high-quality, in-home outpatient care across Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, Venice, and North Port.

Position Details

Type: Part-Time / 1099 Independent Contractor

Setting: Mobile Outpatient Therapy (In-Home)

Compensation: Top-tier pay (highly competitive revenue-split structure)

Service Area: Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, Venice, and North Port
